Huawei unveiled a new Android tablet called the MatePad Air alongside the MateBook E 2023. This tablet has significant specifications that we will discuss below.
Specifications of Huawei Matepad Air
This tablet uses an 11.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2880 x 1840 pixels (2.8K) and a variable refresh rate of 30 to 144 Hz, and has a pixel density of 270 ppi and a screen-to-body ratio of 87%.
Huawei’s new Matepad is equipped with a Snapdragon 888 chip with Cortex-X1, Cortex-A78 and Cortex-A55 cores and an Adreno 660 graphics processing unit and offers up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal memory. There is also another version with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
Huawei Mate Pad Air provides its energy from an 8300 mAh battery with 40W wired charging and is equipped with an LTE modem, an 8-megapixel selfie camera, and a 13-megapixel main camera on the back panel. The sound system of this tablet includes four speakers and four microphones.
Huawei MatePad Air price and release time
The tablet includes a stylus and an external keyboard, but these accessories will be sold separately. The MatePad Air will be priced at 2,899 yuan ($412) for the 8/128GB version and 4,499 yuan ($639) for the 512/12GB version. There is no information about the release of this tablet in global markets yet.
