In the reboot of the Mortal Kombat series, as expected, a new and different take on the world of this franchise will be presented. According to the description on the official website of this game, players will encounter a new version of the iconic characters of Mortal Kombat, the combat system and new modes and bone-breaking finishing moves.
Besides these, in the game Mortal Kombat 1, a new feature called Kameo Fighters is presented to the players. Thanks to this feature, there will be a unique group of fighters available whose task is to help the player during the battles. This makes the player’s experience of the gameplay of this new fighting game even more complicated; Because a new member enters the field. The player must choose a member of this group to accompany him, apart from his main character to fight.
Previously, there were rumors that characters from outside the world of Mortal Kombat will appear in the new game. At least at the current stage, no details are known about this. It is possible that after the release of this game, characters will be added in the form of crossovers through download packs or expansions.
Mortal Kombat 1 will be released on September 19 (28 September 1402) for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S and X Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It should be mentioned that the PC version of this game is available on both Steam and Epic Games stores. Also, in August (August to September), Mortal Kombat 1 beta will be held for pre-purchasers on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S and X platforms.
