OnePlus is apparently working on the OnePlus 12 flagship phone, and now its technical specifications have been revealed, which we will discuss further.
The OnePlus 12 is set to replace the OnePlus 11, which is currently being sold as a flagship phone in the Chinese market. According to the information revealed today, this phone will be introduced in China in December. The global version of this phone is expected to be released a few weeks or months after the Chinese version.
Apparently, this phone is in the engineering prototype stage and will use the Snapdragon 8 generation 3 chip, a 6.7-inch QHD OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a 5000 mAh battery with 100 W fast wired charging.
The OnePlus 12 is likely to have three cameras on its rear panel, including a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 64-megapixel periscope camera. If this information is correct, for the first time a OnePlus phone will use a periscopic camera.
However, according to the above information, it does not seem that the OnePlus 12 will have many exciting upgrades over its predecessor. This phone will use the same screen size with the same resolution and refresh rate of the previous model, although its chip will perform better.
Also, keep in mind that we are currently talking about the engineering prototype of this phone and it is still seven months away from its official launch. Therefore, many changes may happen in the specifications of OnePlus 12 in this interval.
What do you think about the possible specifications of OnePlus 12?
